PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Crystal Dynamic products damaged in transit or having observable manufacturing and/or cosmetic defects will be replaced or repaired free of charge. The option to issue a refund under these circumstances will be left solely to the discretion of CDA.
The choice between repair and replacement will be made individually on a case by case basis.
For the repair or replacement to take place, the product must be shipped back to Crystal Dynamic, in which case we will be responsible for the freight charges, but no other associated charges (customer will be responsible for crating the product for return shipping and being present for the pickup of the returned item and drop-off of the replacement/repaired item).
For a free repair/replacement to take place, damage must be reported immediately upon receipt (AND MUST BE MARKED ON THE FREIGHT COMPANY'S DELIVERY RECEIPT). It is advisable that all crates are opened and inspected in the presence of the delivery agent. In such cases that it is impossible and concealed damage is found after the delivery receipt has been signed, this . damage must be documented immediately with time-stamped photos and reported within 48 hours. All cosmetic defects have to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the aquarium.
Due to the custom nature of our aquariums, returns for any reasons other than damage or defect cannot be accepted.

DEPOSIT RETURN POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit (minus a 15% non-refundable retainer) can be refunded at our discretion and only in the event no work has been started on the build. Tanks and stands that are manufactured and not picked up by customers become the property of Crystal Dynamic with no obligations arising as to refunding the deposit.
